I use a range of techniques to support you to find relief from life’s stressors, including energy balance, art therapy, physical movement, etc. I include energy balancing in all appointments to involve your whole system in the healing process.

My integrative approach is to enhance the interconnection between clients’ psyche and body so they feel more present and empowered.
