Mindfulness for Life

  • Six-week practical program

  • 1.5 hour weekly meetings

  • Closed group of 4-6 participants

  • Face-to-face or online (Google Meet)

What is included?

Teachings and learnings are based on a unique program developed by Rachel over twenty years: combining theoretical knowledge at Masters level (Education and Counselling) and her lifelong commitment to personal understanding and development.  Some of you may know this as living your best life.

Program content draws from Oxford University’s Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, The Work of Byron Katie, Eckhart Tolle’s teachings, Neuroscience, Body-Centred Psychotherapy and Integrative Counselling.

What can I expect?

  • Combine theory and practise so you find something that works for you personally.

  • Practise a range of techniques and approaches to prevent or minimise negative impacts on all levels of your being.

What will I learn?

  • Create internal distance or space from stressful situations and events so that you have a better perspective about action to be taken.

  • Consider who you really are; not who you think you are, or how others label you.

Benefits

  • Practise, share and deepen your experience of techniques and exercises to assist in reducing feelings of anxiety and stress.

  • Notice the triggers of your anxiety, worry or stress.

  • Develop a greater sense of being more in charge of how you meet obstacles your life.
